Guide Policies

These policies apply to every Personal Travel Guide order. Please read them before you continue to checkout. They work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy.

1. No edits. No revisions. All sales are final — refunds are not available.
2. We do not book hotels, restaurants, stores, or any venues.
3. Personal discussions with the client will not be available.
4. Our recommendations and experiences are solely our own. We do not receive compensation from respective vendors.
5. We are not responsible for any closures or changes in selected venues.
6. All sales are final. Refunds and cancellations after purchase are not available.
7. Your guide is delivered by email as a PDF, typically within 7–14 business days after we have the information needed.
