The guide may include suggestions relating to:

- Guarantee that a third-party business will be available
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
A customer who has not reached the applicable age of legal majority may place an order only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not obligate Wear2Where to accept it.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where:
- Payment cannot be authorized
- The requested service is unavailable
- Required information is missing
- The request is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- We cannot reasonably complete the requested guide
If we cancel an accepted order because we cannot provide the service, we will contact you to resolve the order.
5. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information.
This includes:
- A functioning email address
- Correct destination and travel dates
- Relevant traveler information
- Preferences needed to personalize the guide
- Timely responses to clarification requests
If required information is incomplete, we will contact you by email. Delivery may be delayed until the necessary information is received.
Wear2Where is not responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information submitted by the customer.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
Full payment is required when the order is placed.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed during checkout.
Any applicable taxes will be included in or displayed as part of the final amount before payment is submitted.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
7. Delivery
Personalized guides are delivered digitally by email.
The estimated delivery period is 7–14 business days after the order is placed, provided that Wear2Where has received the information reasonably required to prepare the guide.
Further delivery terms are described in our Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy.
8. Cancellations
Work will begin shortly after payment, including reviewing the questionnaire, organizing customer preferences, researching the destination, and preparing the guide. Each guide is created for a specific customer, and orders cannot be canceled after submission. All sales are final. Refunds are not available.
No edits. No revisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
9. Customer Use of the Guide
After full payment and delivery, the customer may:
- Save the guide
- Print the guide
- Use it for personal travel planning

The customer may not, without written permission:

- Use Wear2Where templates, layouts, or methods to create a competing service
Wear2Where retains ownership of its name, branding, templates, design systems, research methods, pre-existing materials, and general intellectual property.
The customer retains ownership of the original information, photographs, or other materials that the customer submits.
10. Permission to Use Submitted Information
You grant Wear2Where permission to use the information and materials you submit solely as reasonably necessary to:
- Process your order

- Communicate with you
- Deliver the guide
- Provide customer support
- Meet legal and recordkeeping obligations
You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and materials provided.
11. Travel Information and Third Parties
Travel information changes frequently.
Prices, schedules, menus, opening hours, admission rules, availability, safety conditions, entry requirements, and third-party policies may change between the date of research and the date of travel.
You are responsible for independently confirming important information directly with the relevant airline, hotel, restaurant, attraction, government authority, insurer, or other provider before making a booking or traveling.
Mentioning a third-party business does not create a partnership, agency relationship, endorsement agreement, or guarantee.
12. No Guarantee of Personal Preference
Wear2Where prepares each guide using the information provided by the customer and our reasonable research and judgment.
Personal taste is subjective. We cannot guarantee that every recommendation will match every traveler’s personal preference.
A recommendation that a customer ultimately does not enjoy is not, by itself, a defect.
13. Third-Party Services
Wear2Where is not responsible for:
- Cancellations or delays by airlines or transportation providers
- Hotel or restaurant availability
- Price changes
- Changes to opening hours
- Lost reservations
- Visa or entry decisions
- Weather conditions
- Strikes, natural disasters, political events, or emergencies
- Acts, omissions, representations, or services of third parties
Any contract you enter into with a third-party travel provider is between you and that provider.
14. Website Availability
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the website or service where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or service to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud
- Submit false payment information
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Upload malicious code
- Interfere with the website’s security or operation
- Scrape or reproduce the website for commercial purposes
- Harass or threaten Wear2Where or another person
- Request assistance with unlawful activity
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, guide, recommendations, and related services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Wear2Where does not guarantee that:
- Every piece of third-party information will remain current
- A recommendation will remain available
- Every recommendation will meet personal expectations
- Travel will be uninterrupted, safe, or free of inconvenience
- Third-party websites or services will perform as described
This section does not exclude warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wear2Where will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, travel disruption, or costs arising from a third-party provider.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Wear2Where’s total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Wear2Where for that order.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other circumstances protected by mandatory law.
18. Events Outside Our Control
Wear2Where is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, power or internet failures, government actions, labor disputes, civil unrest, widespread illness, platform outages, or serious personal emergencies.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and complete affected orders as soon as reasonably possible.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to an exclusive venue will be handled by the competent state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Consumers may still benefit from mandatory protections and legal rights provided by the laws of their country or region where those protections cannot legally be excluded.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The Terms applying to an order are generally those displayed when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
